Here’s my experience buying a washing machine from shopclues.com.
I made a wrong decision to place my order of a bosch washing machine with shopclues.com since they had some offers on my credit card which wasn’t available with others like flipkart or amazon. Everything was quick here, my purchase process went smooth, got discount as listed too.
The delivery was committed on or before Oct 24th for the order placed on 10th Oct. But every alternate day from my order date, I started getting email alerts highlighting a potential delay on my order delivery due to procurement delay and suggesting me to cancel the order. This kept on coming every day and I felt they were more interested in cancelling my order than getting it delivered.
I did wait for a week, cancelled the order on 18th Oct and they were pretty fast in processing the refund too.
Guess their business is in cancelling the orders when it comes to serious products.
I placed my order with Flipkart on 18th Oct and got the stuff delivered on 19th Oct!
