On 23 October 2013, I ordered 3 products from shopclues because the prices were lowest I could find.
Product #1 - HDMi-to-VGA converter, shipped by BlueDart received in 5 days.
Product #2 - mini HDMI to HDMI Female, shipped via FirstFlight. received in 5 days.
Product #3 - Vitality Ayurvedic tablets from ORGANIC INDIA situated in my own city( Lucknow) . I came to know this later!
#3 product was shipped and I was given a tracking ID. Which was showing to be received by someone I don’t know. I called FirstFlight( FF) and just like most of small companies there was no one to attend the call.
I got a call from FF regarding my product #2, while that call I asked about my product 3. He said the tracking id is invalid for this city. He said Tracking IDs reaching Lucknow begin with "O", what was sent to me begins with "J", means NOIDA as destination.
Now I registered complaint in shopclues and they said the item is delivered and they will show me relevant proof. If proof doesn’t match they will ask seller to refund or resend the item.

Its almost 21 days and the product is not delivered, no refunds made, no reply from this fraud store. BEWARE of this store and FILE a complaint in https://core.nic.in
