The order was placed on 30th Dec 15. I have a SMS which clearly shows ETA given by shop clue is 06 Jan 2016.
We didnt received it on 06th Jan 16 and subsequently I raised a complaint of delay delivery.
I received a SMS on 12th Jan 16 stating it is delivered. However, I was abroad at that time. So I checked with my family on whatsapp. They said they didnt received it!
On 14th Jan 16 my daughter received this courier. Hence Shopclue claim that it was delivered on 12th Jan 16 is questionable. It is system error it seems. We received it only on 14th Jan.
After opening the package my family found that product is completely damaged. I returned to India on 15th Jan morning, I immediately raised a return request. So as per your policy I initiated return within 2 days of receiving the product.
I received a email that due to their 2 day return policy, they are unable to refund!
Since then, I called up their customer care 4 times. First time on 20th Jan Mr Pramod promised that he will arrange the pick up and refund. When I didnt hear until 23rd, I called up again. The guy at other end and his supervisor Mr Puneet was worst as they were blowing their own trumpet stating their return policy and cant to anything. Another guy expressed his inability to transfer to supervisor and asked me a time so that he can arrange a call back. Now I am waiting for this call back.
This is the worst experience buying anything online from Shopclue. I recommend to trust Amazon, FK and other reputed e tailers and avoid shopclue as they have no clue.
