Here is an excerpt of my communication with rediff customer care people. The mail below was sent to me on 30th Dec 2003. Since then I have got neither the refund nor any mail from them. You can draw the conclusion about their quality of service yourself. I would strongly advice against shopping through rediff. - Dhananjay. ====================================================== Dear Dhananjay, Thank you for your mail. I did not ask for replacement, but refund. Still I got a mail from you saying I will get replacement. Now 1 month has passed and I have got neither. I understand that being an Indian consumer, I should have infinite patience. So, waiting for your precious reply, or the replacement/refund in a few years. Happy christmas!
