Figo is a very good family car having very good leg room and head room on front and rear, very good visibility for driver, excellent handling and decent ride once you cross 30 kmph. @jaysank Ground clearance is not the only thing. Figo has the longer wheelbase (distance between front and rear wheels) which increases the chance of kissing the speed-breakers compared to the car with the same GC.

Thanks nviraj, It worked. They credited my bank account the very next day. However, the person reporting to Mr.Ajit Balakrisnhan wrote that they had refunded me long back (which is totally false). Anyway, I got my money back, and thats enough. Henceforth, hell with online shopping!!
