I made a purchase through this website on (order# 9417763) I recieved it on time, but the WRONG product. Amazingly the order receipt had the picture of the correct product. So I tried connecting to CC but every time (over 2 days of trying to connect) I was getting ’ALL OUR CUSTOMER CARE EXECUTIVES ARE BUSY’. So I wrote an email to shopsupport@rediff.com I got a reply which asked me to send a pic of the product.
On verification they accepted it was indeed incorrect product.They asked me to courier the product back to the seller, which I did on 14 apr and also attached the proof of delivery to the mail and asked them to provide me with information of how long it will take to get the amount refunded. But every time I got the same auto generated mail saying it will be refunded but without any specific date or timeline.Its been 7 days since I couriered the product.
I REPEATEDLY dropped emails on this id but I am yet to receive any response regarding my refund (648 rs/-). I feel cheated and frustrated and utterly annoyed with this pathetic service and lack of customer focus. I feel robbed blind, I did not keep the product nor have I any hope of getting my money back. This was the first time I bought something from this site. NEVER AGAIN! AND WOULD URGE PEOPLE TO AVOID THIS FRAUDULENT WEBSITE.
