Rediff shopping is the worst ever shopping place. Don’t ever ever buy from them. I have worked in E-Commerce industry for 2 years and know what goes in to build a brand and bring customers. But Rediff is the opposite of everything. They have the worst customer service which never replies to your queries. They don’t list the numbers so nobody can call them. And to TOP it all the Product quality is the worst. I ordered 2 t-shirts for Rs.204. First they delayed it and then they sent one in yellow color and other in Orange color. And abt. quality you would get better tees from someone selling on the roadside. Inspite of my request that I don’t wear these colors. When I complained sent around 100 mails came a reply that I should send the t-shirts back and then they will refund the money. THEY ARE THE WORST AND THEY SHOULD BE IMPLICATED FOR FRAUDS BUT ALAS WE DON’T HAVE LAWS AND DON’T GET TOGETHER TO DO SOMETHING.
An update: A colleague of mine bought a book through Rediff on with a delivery time of 10 days. The order was cash on delivery mode. And guess what even after 20 days the book hasn’t turned up. Just see how callous attitude they towards customers. So again I repeat that be very very careful before buying on Rediff.com
