Hi Menon, I don't think it is a branch issue. It is more to do with the policies. Also the centralized customer service doesn't help. you can't go to the branch every time. If you compare with ICICI bank the centralized CS replies online as well telephonically. HDFC CS just wastes time and doesn't p Read More...

well I too had a bad experience with SX4 brakes. A car suddenly stopped in front and I applied brakes. Although the noise of the ABS was there but the car didbn't stop and it hit the other car. Hi Kunal, Can you tell me the place where you got the covers stitched for your car. I also own a SX4 and would like to put the covers. The normal covers are not good and getting the covers stitched seems to be a better option as it will not change the form of the seats. Awaiting your reply. Aakash
