I had seen an advertisement in the Times of India that they are selling a spy pen that will work for more than 3.5 hours in single charge. But when the product arrived, it was in open tampered box, the product looked ysed and second hand. In one full charge the battery did not even last for an hour.
I asked for replacement, the replaced product was also used, second hand and had same problem.
After that Indiatimes shopping does not eve reply to my e-mails. This is sure indication that they very well know that they have cheated me.
I am now filing case in consumer court for compensation.
I will make the supplier, N R Infotech, Room No. 2 D, Karanjia Building, Near Novelty Cinema, Grant Road(E) the second party.
Indiatimes do not display their correspondence address as they know that once they do this people will go to their ofice and take them to task.
