Its regarding order ID3001764573.The order was placed on 09 Dec 2012 and I was promised that the product will be delivered with in max 07 working days.Most ironically the product has not been delivered till date(23 Dec 2012) on top of that indiatimes shopping website has updated their system that the product is delivered.After lodging complains through all media like phone, email, chat still they are clueless about the product.
Now they gave me a settlement date of 29 Dec 12 that too expected settlement date.I wanted to cancel the order and by the product from other on line portals But I dont know how much time that will take.All these is happening when I have already paid them the cost of the product in advance.
So who so ever read this lines please dont get in to the trap of indiatimes shopping else you will regret as I am doing.I am giving a chat sample which I had with indiatimes customercare on 23 Dec 2012.You will understand how vague they talk.
