I purchased couple of items on 28/09/2011
Was told the items would be delivered by 14-18 Oct 2011.
Since then no updates and no calls from them
Calling / chatting with them has not helped. I had asked for a refund on 20/10/2011
No response from them on that either
Now they finally tell me that refund will take 3 weeks from now.
They are very prompt when it comes to charging money but beyond that its now twice in a row that the charge the money but nothing is delivered and it takes them forever to refund money
