I placed some order on 24/1/2012. Initially they promised the delivery in 10 to 12 days.After waiting I did CHAT with SYW & assurance was given that I will get the goods in next 10 days but nothing happened.I tried to call their Mumbai number but several times after holding the line up to 30 minutes got no response.Than opted for call back option but never heard any thing from SYW.
Again tried chat & again the same assurance given this time got mail confirming the goods delivery between 9th to 13th March but got nothing than again tried CHAT & got the same reply to wait for more days & bear with them as they are trying to deliver the goods this time next date is 28th March but today on 21st March on TRACK MY ORDER it shows that nothing has moved . For last several chats I am asking for my money back but no response.Once I received a call saying that my goods will be at my door step by 13th March & due to delay they are crediting Rs 500/- in my SYW account.
I really think that my money is gone & will never think about this site.Pl SYW listen to your negative side also as when I posted testimonial twice on your site they never appeared & have not got any responses from your side.GOD HELP ME!!!!!!
