As I was waiting for SYW response & was expecting that in last they will realize what has gone wrong they have given a new twist to this matter. On requesting to cancel my US order I received a mail confirming that they have accepted US order cancellation & as a good will gesture they will send the read more...
I placed 2 orders with SYW one US & one UK in January 2012.After making several calls , wasting so many hours in chat session & trying to contact them personally I was able to receive UK order in April month.Than I again was doing the same for US order , lastly in April last I requested SYW [ earlie read more...
As advised by Chiron I have approached Fight Back & they will take care of this as I have their payment now.
