I used this website a few times. First time, I ordered, stuff reached, but super late. I panicked but, when my order came through, I forgot about the stress I had gone under. Ordered twice or thrice again. Same story. I got used to this - yes, they delay, but at least, the stuff comes.
The last time I ordered, the order did not come for months. I wrote and they would reply after every 2nd or 3rd e-mail. I asked for refund. Sure.I was told. The refund never came. They did not reply to my mails after that. On the profile, they deleted ordering history.
All in all, it is people like these, who give other Indians a bad name.
HERE IS MY ADVISE - go to anybody, but these people. They are frauds. There are several other websites that deliver in India. amazon.com also delivers directly here, so do a bunch of other companies. You can use vshop.com or ishopinternational.com that are safer.
If you have no choice, and HAVE to deal with them, keep a record of everything, so you can approach the right body to get your money back.
