Dear fellow users... i got sick of getting Spam SMSes, and Airtel, despite promises, could not do anything at all. well, it took Rs. 200 to take care of this nonsense. i came across smsblocker.com and boy it works.... thank goodness. You are right. I also don't use them anymore. 2 incidents happened: 1) their driver over charged me by 20% and i realized after i reached the airport and when i called and complained, the response was: to bad, to sad, suck it up. 2) I had to book a cab to take me to the train station, and they read more...

You are right. We call ONLY when there is a problem. I would like to know why the hell they are charging us for calls to them. From what i have heard, Xylo is a good product, but the breaks are very poor, and a lot of them get into accidents because of poor breaks. This info was given by employees of scorpio service stations
