I purchase the washing machine in 2014 with in few months it machine was replaced because it has technical snag.(the reason give it is machine and can have problem any time. So it is technical problem.). No professional service like whirlpool , Samsung and LG. Some local person come for service no proper guidance or suggestions. I have paid 38k in 2014 used for 3 years machine body is rusted and It’s lying unused and packed. The seimens instead of satisfying customer it is asking handsome amount for body replacement.
The have no value for customer and customer money. They are here in India to earn money like Britishers.
It’s mere shame. I have done biggest blunder believing in friends word and purchasing it. Seimens It shameful to have your product. The company management is just not bothered. They are mere sales man and want to make money. It’s shameful and pathetic.
