The favorable review of Sify’s services was first written in Sep 2006.
As of 2008, the customer service has become worse than ever. Speeds have become really pathetic and are worse than dial-up days way back in 2000. I’ve switched over to Airtel who give good speed at comparable prices.
It seems as if SIFY doesn’t give a damn to what the paying public has to say about their services.
With the whole Satyam group caught up in Mr. Raju’s scandals, what more can be expected from these people.
It is a national shame that what was once a trusted name has become so downtrodden in every every sphere of its existence.
