Air Deccan is simply pathetic. There is no time sense, whenever travelling by this flight check the timing even half an hour before the flight, it can change even after you got in the flight maybe..
It was bad, simply - no other words can suffice. I think the airport authority should also keep a check as to what kind of service the passengers are getting specially when so much of service tax being paid by the passengers.
The woman at the check in counter was a foul mouthed person who had so understanding as to what customer ’SERVICE’ meant. She thought she was doing some kind of favour to the passengers and forgot as to she gets paid because she is sitting there.
Air Deccan can be a cheap alternative but if you expect service that is the last flight you should take.
In the rating chart, I actually don’t want to give anything to Check -in counter and Punctuality but there is no way out.
I am relieved that I will never travel by Air Deccan again.
