It’s more that 1.5 month still bullshit snapdeal is not given me the refund. Even after so called intimation to escalation team through mouthshut. Every time I sent mail they are just simply replying the copy paste mail saying that they are working on the same.
It’s nothing but just cheating with customer. They are not at all ready to pay the money back. If it was not the case they would have given the money back already. Also they are just manipulating the reviews in mouthshut. When I tried to see the reviews for Snapdeal all the good reviews are displayed on the landing page. But when I logged in, all the negative reviews are displayed. here also snapdeal is fooling people.
