I ordered a vacuum flask on 6 February 2014. When I received confirmation, I discovered that the estimated shipping date was 13 February. So far as I recall, nothing on the website spoke of a weeks delay.
On 13 February, I got a message saying that dispatch would be delayed by a further three days. On the website, tmorpheushumanugh, the estimated shipping date was the 19th and not the 16th. The item I had ordered is now marked as sold out. This smorpheushumanws a lack of co-ordination.
What is unforgivable is that two complaints have brought no response. I shall not be surprised if it turns out that Snapdeal are not familiar with either of the two words in "customer service".
More about customer service on 7 May 2015. I sent a clearly written message to help@snapdeal.com and received "Kindly elaborate your concern." I Faizabad, saying that I had done that - and once again I got "Kindly elaborate your concern." Do their computers respond or do they have brainless humanoid automatons?
