I ordered a push ride on toy for my 1 year old. Order no.789781015. I received the product in a damaged condition. Since then I have been following up with snapdeal team & the product is yet to be picked up & replaced. It was delivered to me on the 12th of November & the complaint was raised immediately after receiving the product. The 7 day trust pay is just words & is yet to be fulfilled.
I m told that the replacement will only be sent once the product is reverse picked up. And that is something these people have yet to arrange. I was told that the product reverse pick up is assigned to DELHIVERY. However, when I checked with them, they say that they have refused to do the reverse pickup as the product package size is very large. So I wait & wait & keep calling these jackasses. And all they say is they will arrange the pickup. And thats how it goes.
