I have placed my order for an HP desktop PC and they delivered only the CPU, keyboard and mouse. The monitor was a part of the order and even the invoice confirms the same. But they claim that the order doesnt include the monitor.
The attached invoice shows the monitor is included, even the item was listed with a photograph of monitor and Snapdeal changed the listing immediately upon identifying the problem. But I had the mail came from them and even the invoice came along with the item delivery.
When contacted Snapdeal on 30/12/2013, they said they will revert within 48 hours. There was no revert, I called the help desk and spoke to the senior executive and he said another 48 hours to revert. Now the case is unsettled, I lost my money and a partial delivery is done.
Please do not trust these guys, they stop responding when there is a problem.
