SnapDeal - company policy to send the wrong produc

When u open flipkart or myntra or even free culture and other newbie, the feeling is good - the website, navigation. When you open home shop 18 or snapdeal, it is equal to chaiwala site in comparison.


U never know till u start - I ordered from snap deal  - order no - 1057534603. The order was for a Georgette top in navy blue and I wish I know how to upload the pic here, but what I got is a 100 INR worth check top ! made of cotton poly, it was no where close to the product I bought. I stopped the courier wala - had only opened the outer cover and saw what they send.


I called up CS and they said that they will not take it back. It is the company policy it seems. Well snap deal also has company policy to send the wrong product. Anil Bhatia, the floor supervisor spoke & he said that I am raising complaint for it - no 2379852. They were absolutely not ready to take the product back though the packet was not open, except for outer seal! They took 36 mins for the call, I lost the product money + INR 36.22!   and they mail a return form which I am suppose to print and fill as company policy. Never order from snap deal - bottomline
