ordering from myntra/ fashionara, even Zovi is an experience, snap deal is nightmare, you should never go for it. After my bad experience, i usually check for reviews on mouthshut & some other sitesfor a different online shopping site and then go for it

are u working for snap deal as in case of the wrong product that they have sent me - they have asked me to courier it and they do not want to return the shipping amount - the mail says that the shipping amount will be credited to my snap deal a/c - u are lucky u cud send the product for free - not a read more...

I faced the same issue - order no 1057534603 - when i asked them to take it back, they are saying that there is no service in the area for reverse pick up and the packet has to be send back by me ! They will not refund my amount but instead the amount is something i can spend on snap deal ! It is a read more...
