Previously When Online shopping was not in use in large scale.
Snapdeal was top e-commerce website but after sometime Snapdeal’s products price was increased, customer service became very poor, they wore providing cheap quality products.I have ordered many things from snapdeal but now I have stopped buying things from snapdeal.
Once I ordered a Chopping set worth 1699 rupees as I was already knowing it was costly for me but I was trusting snapdeal but they send me a aloe vera mask costing just 179 rupees, I have tried to contact snapdeal customer care but they never solved my issue.
So I stopped ordering products from snapdeal.
