Based on my Order No 1874470146 dated 27th March and my Complaint No 5894784 on SNAPDEAL, let me share my experience with you.
1.They do not meet the promised delivery date and remain in hiding to answer your question when the delivery will finally take place.
2.After getting your consignment, you will find that they have not supplied you vital components including complete set of hardware.
3.After you lodge a complaint about missing parts, they again go in hiding and never tell you when will the missing items come.
4.They themselves do not know why and where they have left out the missing parts.
5.They have absolutely no operational process by which they can ensure that the product supplied to you is what you have ordered, or the consignment that reaches you contains the complete Bill of Materials.
6.Once they have collected full payment against the order, you do not appear at all in their radar.
Go ahead and place order on SNAPDEAL, but be prepared-
a) You may not get what you have ordered,
b) Wait indefinitely for your consignment,
c) Receive only parts of what you need and,
d) Spend more money on phone calls and waiting charges which can exceed the product order value.
