I too had very bad experience of ordering on SNAPDEAL for a HOUSEFULL product. My order No 1874470146 and Complaint No 5894784. This is horrible story of a self styled branded manufacturer cheating customers. I suggest a consumer court complaint be filed with all appropriate documents. Claim complete replacements with costs for delay and mental stress

To day , on the 11th day a service man turned up. Can you believe it : he has seen the product he had come to service for the first time ?. I had to lend him my copy of operating manual. The person from Eureka Forbes responding simply sends out a computerised message. They have no concern about service on the field. This is a practice followed by other banks as well. E.g. HDFC.
