I bought a pen drive from the snapdeal and it got damaged in a span of 30 days; very poor quality of items and now ordered a mobile and the estimated time of delivery has gone 3 days back itself. Still am waiting for the product. I am planning to deny the product !!!! very poor quality of service and customer satisfaction!!
