Ordered once from Snapdeal and will never order from them again.
I called them for an order I placed with them as they sent me defective product. The customer representative, a lady, was very rude and spoke in a humiliating voice, when I asked them to refund/replace product. I was polite and spoke like that for several minutes, still they were arrogant and rude and didn’t replace/refund product.
They also take orders and cancel them regularly. They dont refund unless you post on mouthshut or your blog. shocking!
