they don't send refund money after so many weeks so that - you give up after wasting so much time and decide that its not worth contacting them again. they pocket your entire purchase amount - or, they earn bank interest by having your money with them for so many days. avoid snapdeal!

vikasbh i wrote based on my experience. i never said you instantly fall dead just by eating the crap shipped by Bigbasket. just that it affects health in a bad way which will take years to be noticeable.
