Snapdeal: Frustrating Delivery service

I purchased a Pen drive ( Order 853931518 ) on 2013-01-22 11:17:11 AM on their Republic Day offer / deal.


Delhivery  tracking no: 11111852922  (Logistics company used by Snapdeal)


Till date ( 8 days), I have not received my order.


I have purchased stuff from a competing e commerce site (F......), and they have always delighted with prompt delivery of products ( many a times before the scheduled date)


The estimated delivery date for my order was 26th January 2013.  Even after considering holidays for republic day  / Sunday, the product delivery is still late by two days.


Having called on their customer care at 011 45371100, the representative promised to deliver the product within 2 (additional) days!


Bitter experiences like these, leaves the online shopper like me in a state of despair and diminishes my trust in online shopping even further.


I hope Snapdeal takes due cognizance of this issue and improve on their delivery service and stay committed to their estimated delivery time.
