Last month I bought Samsung Rex80 mobile on Snapdeal as it was cheaper by about 200 bucks compared to Flipkart. I received the product but the display of mobile never worked. I was asked to send it back by reverse pick up. I did so but now I am not getting my money back.
Even after sending repeated queries to snapdeal support, there is absolutely no response. All that 7-day Trust pay is just marketing gimmick. If you receive a faulty product, you are screwed for sure.
Now I am just hoping I will bet back my money. If not I may have to file a case I consumer court.
