Review of personal care deals and clutch ordered

Ordered a purse/clutch on 15 Feb, not delivered yet. called on 27th Feb to again check for status, was told it might be shipped by March 2nd. stock issues. Guess products that are not in stock should not be displayed for sale. refund, upon cancellation would take 3 weeks. Bad idea to buy parlon/salon deals as giving a heavy discount means service will be v poor usually- e.g. facial without giving steam, removing blackheads; hair spa without washing hair or massage.


Better balance between discount and range of services offered is required. Customer could sample different salons to find what suits them, and salon need not offer poor quality service to compensate for discount.
