so finally after a month of product order, they agreed to process a refund. which has not been credited to my account, in two weeks since they said they are doing it. another weird experience with medplusbeauty, an online seller, as well. no problems had been there since past 1 yr. but an olay serum read more...
the product had been delivered in beginning of April.
so now we know from where they get the money for their TV ads. siphoning it off unsuspecting customers. the issue was never resolved and no refund was made by May 2, 2012. and they have the time to respond to mouthshut.
Is this one more trick by goibibo? you find time to reply to a post about the co. within 15 minutes of the post. and the same promptness is not there while responding to emails and phone calls made over a week?
