I Had ordered 2 items after making an online payment. Waited for one of the items for few days and then got the status as "We tried to contact you."
I was surprised to know that as neither I had got any call on my mobile nor any email.
Even after constantly bring in touch with customer care, I did not get a clue what happened to my item?! Customer care team was a rule machine which could not have irritated me more.
Then after a few days a supervisor from customer care called me and asked if I wanted to cancel that order and put a fresh order for the same item?!
Before I insisted to go ahead with the same order, I knew that they would not deliver the item.
After a day or two, I got an email that the order has been canceled.
After this experience, I could understand why Snapdeal cannot match up to Flipkart.
I used to think the customer care for mobile/internet service providers is the worst, but SnapDeal changed my opinion!
