BIG FRAUD CO.. DUPE CUSTOMERS

I had ordered for a Blacksmit black collage photo frame order no. 2855921182(sub order no 3872824380) on 16th September’14 and was delivered damaged product(glasses of frame were broken).


I spoke to an executive and he asked me take the pciture of damaged photo frame and mail it to them so that they will arrange for a reverse pick up. I did so and snap deal call centre executive notified me that they have got the picture and they will initiate the reverse pick-up.


Then the story of my mental harassment started - I have been calling snap deal every day for 2 months and talking to their executives and their floor superviosor who are assuring me to arragne for a reverse pick up for damaged product as I can not be issued a new product unless the damaged one is picked up. However after 2 monht of daily conversation and and daily fake assurance that my product will be picked up next day, a reverse pick up has not been arranged yet.


Every time I get to hear from their representatives that they have escalated this matter to their seniors but nothing has been happening. Finally I realised that there is not use of having patience & have made up my mind to approach Consumer Court and teach this Fraud Company(Snap Deal) a good lesson.


I know the money I paid for the product has got wasted and I dont mind wasting more money in order to take legal actions against this company who is duping customer of their hard earned money. I want my reviews to be published on all customer reviews forum so that Other customers be highly careful about Such a BIG FRAUD compoany and it’s fradulent practices. Guys my personal painful experience please think several time before orderining any stuff on SNAPDEAL and paying money up-front. I will post further updates as soon as a legal aciton is initiated.
