I had the similar problem, where I was given a damaged photo frame and was told that Snapdeal would arrange a reverse pick up through Blue Dart. After 2 months of continous chasing and talking to Snap Deal's respresntatives my problem did not resolve and I made up my mind to take this mater to consu read more...
