Zero customer support - No customer care number!

Buying a bicycle for my little one on snapdeal has been the most horrifying ever experience that I have ever had shopping online. It’s really disappointing to see my son’s never ending wait for his bicycle to arrive.


We bought a red colour Hotwheels 16 Inches Bicycle from snapdeal only to receive a damaged and defective yellow colour cycle with several parts missing. When asked for a replacement/refund under Trustpay under which the product is covered, the product was left unpicked for over 3 days. It took a lot of effort following up with snapdeal to finally get it picked up.


Now since my son was so eagerly waiting for his bicycle, I requested them to advice me if they were going to replace the bicycle or refund so that I could go ahead with purchasing it elsewhere just in case they were going to refund so my son does not have to wait for that long unnecessarily. But they don’t seem to bother to reply. Tried reaching out to them using their facebook page too! But in vain.


The worst part of having to deal with snapdeal is they do not have a toll free customer care number. The only option to reach out to snapdeal is to their email address which they reply to at their own leisure.
