This is absolutely ridiculous! Last week I got a call and was informed that I would get the money in my back account within 4 days and that someone would call me up soon to get my bank account details. And now after 1 full week snapdeal tells me it will take another 5-7 working days! And the best pa read more...
still waiting for the amount to be credited back in to my bank account.
Snapdeal does not bother replying now!
And now to further complicate the matter you credit the amount to SD cash instead of refunding the amount in to my account, that too without my consent? This is ridiculous!
I still don't have any answer to my question!
