(Telephone conversation)


Snapdeal: "Thank you for calling Snapdeal".


Me: "Whats the status of my order? Why has it been delayed?"


Snapdeal: "Sorry for the inconvenience, this is a high demand product, there is a stock issue and we are trying to procure it ..."


Me: "What? Why wasn’t this issue displayed on the website while I placed the order?"


Snapdeal: "Sorry for the inconvenience, this is a high demand product, there is a stock issue and we are trying to procure it ..." ...(blah, blah).."


Me: "Are you dumb?" "Why cant you give me a proper explanation?"


Snapdeal: "Sorry for the inconvenience, this is a high demand product, there is a stock issue and we are trying to procure it ..." ...(blah, blah).."

If you are reading this review, cause you got cheated by/ upset with  Snapdeal for some reason..you are not alone. As many others have shared  their dissatisfaction with Snapdeal, here is my 2 cents:


I was interested in buying a monitor from Snapdeal, early this month. Looking at their "heart pounding, mind numbing" prices, I turned into a zombie instantly and placed the order...Then for the next 8 days, they tortured my brain with their dumb telephone and email responses and fake promises. I finally cancelled the order and got the product at a very good price from a local dealer!


Their "customer care robots"..oops! sorry.. execs..are trained to be diplomatic and never to accept mistakes or give an honest answer. Next, I turned into a zombie for another product, but I called the CC guys before placing the order to confirm its availability. They promised that this time, they wont disappoint me .


"Masters of illusion", - they are did it again! Its been 2 days past dispatch date and no news. Order status says "processing" and God know what their F**% process is?


Anyway, I just wanted warn you guys to be careful if you order something expecting it to arrive on time, SKIP these guys! Spend some extra couple of bucks, but buy it from a trusted place.

Dear Proman25, We are sorry for the inconvenience caused to you. This should not have happened. But at times the stock for a particular product exceed the demand and so the stock gets exhausted. However, please share with us the Order details so that we can forward it and check this.
