I'm facing a very similar situation. I'm regretting for not reading reviews before purchasing as the pricing sounded very good, but now I realize the cost of it! I totally agree with you that these guys are 'masters of illusion'..Never dispatch order on time and promised dates plus, they make silly statements like 'high demand product' and 'We are trying to procure' when questioned. Such nasty dumb bunch of idiots!
