Hey ppl
Just saw this movie...I know its pretty old but I just saw it in full.........well I am surprised ..it pulled out really good.....so I thought I would share some things with u..
THE PRE-ASSUMPTIONS
The movie got out a long time ago but my sarcasm was on so high abt ppl who enter the movie industry with help of their famous parents that I thought I will never see and accept any such movie as these new ppl of ’’Famous star parents’’ have no real talent yet they get a easy shot where as ppl who are really talented have to play side roles....but this flick has been an exception for my pre assumption .
THE MOVIE
SOCHA NA THA ....didnt think love can happen in this way is what the movie is all about.The plot is very very simple.A guy viren (Abhay Deol) son of a big industrialist (why all ppl especially youngsters in movies are sons of rich fathers and enjoy their life like hell !!!!!!) wants to live his life his way (spoilt brat).He thinks he is in love with Karen (apoorva jha..donno who is she) and they have a steady relationship going on.Then viren’s family tries to arrange his marriage with Aditi (Ayesha takia).Viren cannot go against his joint family directly so he tells Aditi he will turn down the marriage.He does it and there is a feud between two families .Now viren goes on a trip to goa where he meets Aditi and they become close friends...Just friends..but they start being comfortable and understanding each other so well that it turns into a love bond.Now viren comes back finds karen is accepted by his family inspite of being catholic as viren’s family wants him to be happy .But now viren doesn’t want to marry karen .........again so much confusion ......what happens next will viren marry Aditi inspite of their family fights or will he marry karen and settle for it to know watch the flick............the ending has more twists and turn b4 reaching its destination !!!!!!!
THE VERDICT
Really fabulous acting by the actors especially by Abhay deol and Ayesha come out surprisingly good Debutant’s.Most appealing thing abt this movie is its casual and catchy dialogue’s, ayesha’s costumes are really good and the movie has many colours and bright trendy locations......... the songs are soft go good with the movie.The backgrounds are wonderful and the movie appears complete.It makes u go through a warm feeling cosy and comfy good entertainer.......so ........I accept that sometimes.......our pre-assumptions .....go wrong....
All an all its a good movie...really appealing for youngsters..watch it !!!!!!!!!
