On 8 September I placed an order for a hometheatre order number 13722 PHILIPS HOME THEATRE DSP2500+DVP3826 and on the same day I placed 4 orders at homeshop18.com.
1) Home shop 18 all four orders delivered on monday 11th Sept, 12 Sept a rep called and confirmed if all recieved in good shape and on time. everything closed
2) Sold at sixty I placed a order for a hometheatre, till 15th sept no news. I called them on 15th sept to check the status, rep said he will check and call back, no news till next day, again called them to check on 16th Sept, rep says orders not in stock( and other multiple reasons) and he cancelled the order. now the time for reimbursement.till 18th no news and when I called on 19th the rep said they was initiated the transfer and I should be getting it by 21st.looks like this place 1) do not have enough products 2) do not keep their customers updated 3) dont keep the promises of calling back 4)dont even return the cancelled money back on time and worst was when I spoke to a supervisor she was turning a deaf ear to all this and just sounding like a broken
