Not worth the cost

Low quality material used - Within days after buying this phone. Two keys broke without any reason (poor quality of keys used for keypad).

Silver coating of the keys started peeling off. Keypad design is also not human friendly, found keys are hard to press compared to any other mobile Phone.

Phone use to get hung or restart on its own or go off when tried to browse web pages & when kept for recharge battery – service center fixed this by upgrading the software.

After the software is reloaded by the service center it started work fine but Battery started to drain off within hours - fixed after the main board itself been replaced by service center after which no frequent problems like earlier. (though it restarts on its own once in a few days - not an issue)

The Date and time has to be set every time you remove and re-insert battery. It holds few un-important things in memory like time zone settings etc.

Lot of limitations compared to Nokia or Samsung…on media / file / contact management.

Few positives:

Web access – very good. Fast compared to other phones.

Large phone book

Lot of business features

Negatives: Low music / radio volume
