Thanks, I got a call stating the full refund will be made in 30 days. I am confused with this 30 days time for each milestone of settlement process. Frustrating!!!

The worst BB service provider, my connection started troubling within hours of installation (new connection installed on 20th Dec 2012) and on repeated calls there is no support or an effort put by Tikona to rectify. When i asked to disconnect the connection, they are saying it will take 2 months to read more...

Most of the reviews looks like from the same person. The language, wordings etc. Looks like luminus itself is promoting this way.

Even after requesting for disconnecion and their confirmation of doing it - they generate bill and charge the CC and they do not give proper details when called or emailed.
