Well, like most people, I got all whopped up and into a frenzy with all the hype and fancy advertising for the new S700i...
I put my one on order, and waited impatiently for 2 weeks... then it arrived.
Within 10 minutes of playing with it and going throught it’s key features, I was less than happy.
The styling is less than user-friendly - it’s awkward and flimsy
The megapixel camera is useless - I got better pics from my Samsung E600!
The screen may be big but in this instance, big is not necessarily better...
All in all, it feels cheap and nasty... so I swapped it for a Motorola V635... and I am now VERY satisfied!!!
So, basically, get the S700i if you want to be a part of a VERY transitional, so-called ’hip and happening’ group of people that are more into bring part of a fad than getting anything substantial.
I’m just glad I went to substantial phone rather than ’passing fancy’... ;o)
