I bought the liquid black SE T630 in December 2004. Main reason for going for this is the looks. The first thing that hit me after buying it is that it is not a user friendly phone and can be quite a pain to use.
All was fine till last month when without any reason, the display started to blacken. Initially it was a dot on the screen but now it is quite large. I take the phone to the local sony erricson service and they have issues about replacing it. They admit that this is a problem with the display and they have been seeing many cases like this but I have no clue why they won’t replace it. Currently they are buying time saying there are no spares. I’m sure they will eventually service it for free.
Having said that, I just wanted to caution all T630 aspirants that all is not well with the phone. The display is an issue so be aware.
