The quality of service is really horrible in India I am being told it will take 3 weeks for repairs and the customer care/ helpdesk have been non caring and non helping :( Looks like it was a mistake getting a Sony Ericsson set here in India Every time I call up call center I am asked to call after two days it has been going like this for over a week and I am still without a handset. Never again a sony ericsson.
Three weeks is the time of closure even after two weeks have lapsed. Seems three weeks from whenever I contact them is when I will get the handset and need to check status after every two days (No change in status yet after 10 days its still 3 more weeks and 2 days to check status)No response ever from Sony Ericsson on this.
