I had purchased a 32" Sony Bravo LED 32W672E TV from Baron Electronics(Ecity phase 1, Bangalore) outlet on Sunday i.e. 15th October, 2017. The service person came in the evening on Tuesday / 17th October, 2017 and did the installation on the table. It happened when I was not at home, I was in office at that time. When I reached home at night and started watching the tv, I observed there was a scratch on the screen.
I was not sure whether it got damaged during the installation by the service person or it was a damaged piece sent from your outlet but I had got a damaged TV delivered to me.
I have spoken to Sony support and Baron multiple time in last more than 3 months but in vain.
Highly unethical, irresponsible, and unprofessional - both Sony and Baron. Beware.
