WORST EXPERIENCE! Just bought a VAIO laptop, was so excited coz I always wanted one but the disappointed is increasing day by day! Its not even been a yr since I purchased the laptop and its giving tonnes of problems already!!! After Sales Service of Sony SUCKS big time.
I went for servicing under warranty, they said they will keep it for 2 days but extended it extended to 15 days without having the courtesy to inform! I had to follow up every-day! Plus when I went to collect, the issue was yet not resolved they called me again after 10 days!
My 5th visit to the service centre!! It doesn’t end here, when I got it back my sound system is not working properly which was perfectly fine before I deposited it in the service centre! DO NOT IGNORE THIS: SONY SUCKS I am so regretting buying their Laptop!
Plus the ppl at service centre are so bloody lenient, treat you like they don’t care. HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT. Won’t recommended it to anyone.
